By creating a FormX account or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
The service
FormX is an AI-powered workout tracker that uses your device camera for real-time form analysis. It is provided as-is, currently in beta. Features may change, and we may update or discontinue parts of the service at any time.
Beta access
FormX is currently in beta. Beta access is provided free of charge. We reserve the right to introduce paid plans at any time with reasonable notice. Early users will be given advance notice before any billing begins.
Your account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must be at least 16 years old to use FormX. One account per person — do not share accounts.
Health and safety
FormX provides AI-generated form feedback for informational purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional coaching, physiotherapy, or medical advice. Always exercise within your physical limits. FormX is not liable for any injury that occurs during use of the service.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service — including attempting to reverse engineer, scrape, or overload it. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Intellectual property
FormX and its content are owned by FormX. Your workout data belongs to you. You grant us a limited licence to process and store your data to provide the service.
Limitation of liability
FormX is provided without warranty of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify users of significant changes by email.
